The biofilter technology of BIONIK Filtersystems GmbH is
an ecological and sustainable solution for the removal of
pollutants and odours from contaminated air.
Compared to combustion technologies (which are also used
for the removal of odours) biofilters will not consume fossil
fuels and requires 20% of the related electric consumption
only. Hence the biofilter technology is the one with the
least impact on green house gas emissions.
